South Lamar Multifamily

SoLa Mixed Use is a forthcoming mixed-use development located along South Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas. Led by Seamless Capital, the project will transform approximately five acres into a vibrant urban complex combining residential, office, and retail spaces.

The plan includes two main buildings: an eight-story structure with 387 multifamily units totaling over 450,000 square feet, and a five-story building with 102,000 square feet of office space and 4,480 square feet of retail. The development replaces a series of existing commercial properties and duplex residences at South Lamar and Skyway Circle.

Designed to enhance density and walkability in one of Austin’s most active corridors, the project reflects the city’s ongoing growth and modern urban vision.

Lazypic was commissioned to create the CGI imagery for this project. Our studio produced a series of photorealistic visualizations that captured the architectural scale, design intent, and integrated lifestyle of SoLa. These images played a key role in communicating the project to stakeholders and supporting its advancement through planning and marketing stages.
