Edge introduces an eco-friendly concept in the heart of Quito. Located in the Parque La Carolina area, known for its commercial and entertainment activity, it offers restaurants, cinemas, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, and hotels, making it an ideal place to enjoy urban life.

Edge Apartments is built according to eco-efficiency principles, incorporating sustainable construction and bioclimatic design, with environmental and technological features such as optimized water and electricity consumption, a ventilated façade, among others.

Lazypic was responsible for developing the 3D images for Edge Apartments, creating visual material to support the project's sales and marketing efforts.

Through architectural visualization, we developed images that communicate the architectural concept, spaces, and overall vision of the project, highlighting its privileged location in the heart of Quito and its commitment to sustainable construction and bioclimatic design.

The images were conceived as a communication tool to present the project in an attractive way and create a visual connection with potential buyers, showcasing both its architecture and the eco-efficiency features that define Edge.
