In 2012, Rockefeller Group completed the 325,000-square-foot BASF North American Headquarters at The Green at Florham Park in Morris County, New Jersey. The building’s forward-thinking exterior and interior design exemplified the evolution of the modern workplace — a sustainable, efficient, and collaborative environment aimed at boosting productivity and attracting top talent.

As a landmark development within the first phase of The Green at Florham Park — a 268-acre master-planned community located roughly 30 miles west of Midtown Manhattan — the headquarters helped set the tone for what would follow. Over time, the area welcomed key additions including the New York Jets’ training facility, two Summit Medical Group buildings, upscale rentals at AVE Florham Park, and the Archer Hotel.

Lazypic was responsible for producing the high-quality CGI imagery and a 3D animation that visually communicated the architectural vision and design intent of the BASF Headquarters project.
