Aria on the bay

Aria on the bay

Miami, USA

Aria on the Bay is a 51-story luxury condominium tower located in Miami’s Arts and Entertainment District. Rising from a unique trapezoidal plot, the building serves as a connector between Biscayne Bay, Margaret Pace Park, and a newly developed park to the west. Positioned along the northern boundary of the site, the tower allows for the creation of an elevated courtyard that separates it from the neighboring structure to the south.

The main entrance is situated along the avenue, freeing the park-facing side for vibrant restaurant spaces with outdoor terraces that offer scenic views of the bay. The building stretches from east to west, presenting a slender silhouette to both the water and the city.

Just two blocks north of the Adrienne Arsht Center, the tower is distinguished by its semi-circular balconies, a design gesture that echoes the form of balconies in historic opera houses. These staggered elements give the façade a sense of movement—like a series of sculpted cylinders in mid-performance. The playful composition also evokes imagery of a musical score, or flowing rhythms rendered in architectural form.

Lazypic was responsible for creating the project's CGI imagery and 3D animation, delivering high-end visual content that captures the architectural essence and atmosphere of Aria on the Bay.
